The Health and Community Services Complaints Commission is an independent statutory body established under the Health and Community Services Complaints Act.

We provide assistance to Territorians to resolve complaints about health, disability and aged services and make recommendations to improve the quality of these services.

We do not represent either party to ensure an impartial decision is made.
