First discuss your concerns with the service provider. Often this is a good way of resolving complaints. It can also help people to maintain a good relationship with their service providers.

The HCSCC is available to help if:

• this approach does not resolve your concerns,
• you would like assistance to approach the provider; or
• you are unwilling or don't think it is appropriate to contract the provider personally.
